What we believe.

-DVCSC claims no denominational organizational affiliation.

-DVCSC is committed to biblical principles which we believe were reaffirmed through the Restoration Movement begun in early 19th century and expressed today through Christian Churches around the globe.

-DVCSC’s only statement of faith is the Bible, and the only creed is Jesus Christ.

-DVCSC’s mission and commitment is grounded in core Christian values: 

1. We affirm God as the Father and the Creator, and Jesus His Son as the one and only Savior of mankind – I John 4:9; John 3:16; Phil 2:8-11

2. We affirm the Lordship of Christ and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, Who is an active and operative part of the triune God, and Who indwells every Christian. – Acts 2:38,39; Romans 8:26,27

3. We affirm the central authority of the Bible, which we believe to be the fully inspired Word of God and is the final authority for all matters of faith and practice- Is. 40:8; Rom. 15:4; Heb. 4:12

Our mission and commitment is to take Christ’s message of forgiveness, love, and salvation to a lost and dying world who will listen and that by receiving NEW LIFE (John 3:3; John 4:14; Acts 2:38,39) in Christ they can live with hope for all eternity.
